Tovi found her necklace when she stumbled upon a long-forgotten naga ruin.  Little did she know, it was the toy of a forgotten naga lord, who used it to give his less-than-serpentine harem members a more desirable form.  Cursed, the wearer is stuck as a naga until after they get creampied -and- the necklace is removed.

Taking a load in both holes isn't required, nor does it have to belong to a compatible species, but Tovi doesn't half-ass her efforts.
