It's friendlypineapple's King Talionis, a rapacious tyrant who loves to force his subjects to kiss his feet (seen here with two of his servants/advisors).

had a lot of fun getting a bit crazy with some of the colouring ... it's always so easy to fall into really basic fill-in-the-line art, which is great too of course!.. but I need a little more life and madness in my work sometimes! more play!

The pose and weird perspective was also a fun challenge... and I got to design a cool hookah xP

Still some stuff I'm not so sure about (isn't there always?), but I think it works well and I just can't work on this any longer xD
