I was making a joke about how very, very unlikely it was that they are a minor.
As for real minors, we block a lot. We block minors on sight. But there has to be a bit more than a vague "I think that person might be a minor". Actually a lot of reports of minors on the site start that way, but more than just gut feelings is needed.
It's easiest when someone flat out admits it. Either publicly or in DMs.
The much harder part is that people RP on this site being young. Which is another reason for the comment rule that comments need to be obviously in the fantasy of a given image. That keeps it about lolisho not real kids, but also makes it obvious when people are RPing. Take it out of that fantasy, and people are RPing children at their own risk. If we cannot tell that you are RPing, you are asking for a perma-ban.
I will also note that what matters is what age they are right now. 18+ today, you are fine. The past really does not matter. We actually put in some of the block messages for underage users "Come back when you are 18" or similar. But that also means that cases like the one above in this very comment thread where a user admits to having been underage on the site, but is now of age, there is no action to be taken. We do not block underage as "punishment", but to protect the site and the user themselves. But once they are of age, that no longer applies.

I just realized I forgot to convert the format from a gif to a png. The reason why it’s a gif is because I had to use a gif maker app to add the text. So, sorry for the confusion.
