Commission for Goldendruid

Used an experimental workflow on this one that turned out to work great but a bit longer than usual
Basically polished the sketch more before scaling it down and posterizing since it was going to be mostly monochrome palette, then cleaned up and added texture on top of it as usual

Rant warning:

Lately started posting to more discord servers as I start considering commissions a potentially more serious source of income.
Surprised to see almost every or half the time I post there's a new random jealous hater.
Bringing this up because a funny backstory behind this piece is: Me + Goldendruid were talking business about website stuff and a random hater tried to piss off both of us, clowning about how much we were charging each for our prints/commissions.
End result is Goldendruid commissioned me and I posted the best monochrome pixelart of my life yet in front of the hater's nose. lol.

So yeah, the good news is for me, people being nice and supportive vastly outnumber hobbyless haters.
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger but probably more toxic yourself imho. There was times in the past where receiving that kind of treatment would make me stop making art for extended period of times. In part repeat exposure to dumbass trolls dulled it but most importantly support of kind peeps always outweighed it and means I get to still make art that is fuelled back by positive feelings.
Wanna thank everyone who leaves nice comments, commissioned themselves or help me reach more people who appreciate my art or other small artists
