but seriously. interface is difficult. some of it is device.

there are often impossible requests made of me, so time is spent trying to be as minimally disappointing as possible.

i would love to do this on paper. part of the method is impossible. there is also the notion of character. the origin of this piece was going to be “i don’t draw me because i’m ugly” and depicting it. couldn’t get an initial sketch to feel right in the canvas size. (It was important to be so lazy as to not resize. It forces a change.) this is what we get.
