A few years ago I wondered what would be the most disturbing image or painting that would actually make me feel unironically distressed and uneasy, cuz all modern horror is basically "knife, blood and sharp teeth scawy"
This one takes the cake so far, I guess drawings of mental hospital patients are the things that make me feel the most uneasy.
