Therie Sah-Van and Pvt Daniels on a double date with Lt Reed and the Lynx Prince, suggested by Athlon2736! When Reed was invited out on a double date with a tiger ambassador, she never expected the tigress's date would be one of her fellow guardsmen from Edinmire. What are the odds?

This side story is starting to sound better to me than the main one.
There's an Edinmire guard dating the daughter of the Matriarch, and another dating Lynx royalty; one of the humans is wearing a magical artifact that literally changed her species; the ambassador and the prince are apparently on a first-name basis; finally, they're all on a double date, at what appears to be a high-end restaurant. How could the evening possibly get [i]more[/i] interesting?
