Becoming a Vaguekin is considered terrifying to some. But those that become vaguekin, Tektite is abundantly familiar with the fear of losing yourself.  It takes great pains to make the process as pleasant as possible. Keeping their identities preserved, set aside, and all the pleasure responses quietly feeding into their psyche while they serve as Vaguekin.

They may not be in control as drones, but Tektite will make sure they are never in danger for the duration of their service. Drones are of service to all. even their hosts.
