The leader of Star Wolf is a fearsome criminal warlord who controls the Sargasso region of Meteo. He remains to be a dangerous rival of Fox McCloud despite his aid in defeating the Aparoids in the prior war with Star Fox. During the reconstruction on Corneria, Wolf challenged Fox to a one-on-one duel to the death to finish Fox once and for all. It was a close fight. Wolf was downed and his life spared, but lost his left eye in the crash. In humiliation, Wolf's promised that he will kill Fox. He subjected himself to extremely harsh flight exercises and acquired a much deadlier fighter.

Later, he and his men were contracted by the newly formed Bowman Empire as they still maintain close ties to Venom. Wolf sees this as a good opportunity to face Fox once more.
