[/quote] There are user scripts in the Forums that add such functionality to the website. The one I am personally using is 're621 - e621 Reimagined' made by bitWolfy. Just google that and you will find it as the first result. This script allows you to favorite tags and subscribe to pools. Creating your own mini curated feed. It has way more functionality beyond that but you would be most interested in those features. If you don't know what a user script is I can't really help you. I don't even know if user scripts still work on Chrome which is the browser you most likely have. I believe you will be able to figure it out.
