While on a beach trip (or maybe while at their local swimming pool?), John shows love for his unborn children by kissing his wife's pregnant belly, all while Gabby herself tries to hold back a giggle as he does so (since she's both a bit ticklish around their and also a bit, erm... shall we say, "enticed" over the idea of having every inch of her body caressed by her husband's lips).  =p
