It's been tagged correctly, with the feces tag, since it was uploaded. If you type "scat" into your blacklist, it will alias it to feces, and thus blacklist this image. If you're getting results like this despite blacklisting scat you either typed your blacklist incorrectly, or you never actually had what you'd consider scat blacklisted (because you typed "scat" into your blacklist back when it aliased to "scatplay" instead of "feces").
