Well considering that Twilight is a unicorn originally, I decided to focus more-so

Does she "learn" as in "know what they are" or as in "can now perform them"? Because by some fanons she has something like that ability in canon, and, for instance, couldn't teleport until she saw Nightmare Moon do it and jumped through the tail end of NMM's teleport.
