Mark got into another fight with Jake, again.  Tom's getting worried--on the one hand, Mark keeps reacting to the rotten lousy things Jake does, on the other, he keeps avoiding the subject with his councilor... and his friend.  It's a worrying trend; Friends are supposed to be relied and depended upon, not shut out, but Mark keeps toughing things out himself in an annoying 'tough kid' routine Tom wishes he'd drop.
