the final 2 Sega guest characters for my Sonic Racing Crossworlds roster concept is complete
this one feat. Billy Hatcher
and the Chuchus from ChuChu Rocket
characters that's appeared and not seen since the origial All-Stars Racing

the Chuchus one is also based on the way they're seen in the character select screen
cause I thought it'd be kinda cute and I just feel like they would be represented like this again, if they ever return for a racing game (together)
- If I got to choose, they would return for Crossworlds along side Billy Hatcher who for some reason was left out of Transformed

btw in the DS version of the original All-Stars Racing only the blue Chuchu (Chuih) shows up in the racing
probably due to the limitations of the DS
some other characters that's 2 in 1 on the home console version also does the same
