apparently it's literally just because it "sounds bad" when i know of 10 million worse songs that have gotten popular and that includes every godawful meme of 2024, [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ha54-8uQBCs]but tiktok calls it bad and i dont use that app at all so maybe these people just exist for reactionary hate or something[/url] (but at the same time i had a deep hatred for Watch Me Whip Nae Nae when i was a kid just because i got really tired of it on the radio, and being the first song i ever became a music snob towards realizing how desperate it was to go viral, i dont know where im going with this besides I Just Think This Creature Is Neat)
i can almost understand it if the hate was towards it feeling kinda pandery, like someone trying to fake the nostalgia without going through it, but i don't get that strong of a bad vibe from the song and it's just a neat oc design
