I’m glad it looks like he enjoys his job because I’m sure his days are PACKED with how many big gals he has to milk, by hand, twice a day. And you know these girls produce a LOT so each milking takes a while for sure. Poor guy probs hardly has time to sleep a full 8 hours.
Oh, chilled for sure. I bet it would be higher in sodium because of the salt water.
Probably just need to take a taste for science...
