Frannie was abandoned by his mother at dominic’s estate. By now, dominic was already independent and had his own home (he comes from wealth), so taking care of fran wouldnt be a huge problem! Besides the fact that.. he.. doesnt know how to care for a pup. But nothing books cant teach, right?
