The X4s have been on loan across the city. Clubs and other facilities are clamoring to take advantage of the higher pedigree of security. They can't be bribed, can't be distracted, and never harass customers. They're not as cheap as usual staff, but they're ten times as effective. There is the matter of having to mitigate job destabilization. Bouncers and other security have expressed frustration trying to compete with the X4s. Outreach programs and support will be required to normalize them as a competitive market while not outright replacing them.

Though it's proven useful to identify the hired muscle that have approached to file a grievance with the shell company dispensing the X4 contracts: they'll make good sleeper agents if necessary.
