This is my guess, Sega owns all of sonic characters, so they try to censor rogue.... but ratchet and clank is from Sony, out of the censoring reach of sega. My guess is when rogue bump into someone from sony, it...literally rubbed off on him, canceling out sega's Censorship of him... I think in the end, rogue moved to ratchet and clank's world and use Ratchet to keep sega's influrence off her. but this is just my opinion
