Description
Pumping iron is no easy task, no matter how naturally muscled you are -- poor form and rushing into it can be a setup for a quick disaster! So, when Charkol finally wanted to get back into refining his muscles a bit more, he tapped one of his body-building buddies, Scarzes, for a bit of advice on how to shape up a bit more than he already was.

Quickly, he was wrapped up in a social webbing to meet the lovely mega charizard at her gym of choice at different hours of different days to tag along with her workouts, which lead to getting to know her quite well! Needless to say her well-built body and the quiet hours at the gym made it quite hard to not show a little bit of extra 'appreciation' for her efforts!

Happy Charizard Tri-Day! Red Version came out 29 years ago on September 28th, bringing us our iconic flame-tipped Pokémon!
