During the events of the recent plot, the Master needed to force Richard's surrender.  As Richard was not exactly oblivious to the fact that the guy had ill intent, he refused.

So, he started using his magical powers to mess with the other people who were there, saying they would "suffer in torment eternal" until he did.  One of the ways this was done was to make Kaga more 'feral' in mind and body, and then unleash her on the others, who had been turned into various animals that she might find tasty.  She even got at a few during a sort of caged hunt, but they got constantly revived to suffer more.

Mutt liked the idea for the pic and got it and asked me to post it.
