Vivian's sentient breasts sometimes get a form of the zoomies, pulsating with more strength and rate than normal, particularly after a stressful event or a dose of caffeine. This doesn't bother their owner much, it's not painful and even a bit soothing, but their shifting mass would add a bit more challenge to keeping her balance, and they'd be making a lot more throbbing and gurgling noises than normal.
