Not much to say for this one; just that people apparently wanted to see my Chelsea doing the "Forbidden Pants" meme, as talked about in the link here ---> ( [url=https://knowyourmeme.com/memes/forbidden-pants]link[/url] ); and it seemed like a good fit for her.

This took a lot more time to put together than I had originally anticipated, especially with regards to the design for the pants itself, as well as with trying to get Chelsea's body shape to be just right for the sake of the meme.  =p
