Nanous can't catch a break lately huh?

Fitted with a latex straitjacket which not only exposes his chest, but also features anchor points for suspension activities. Paired with some weighted nipple clamps, a plug gag, a more normal chastity cage for a change (mostly so he could be sounded as well~), and finally a special spreader bar with a metal dildo on the end. With the dildo safely secure in Nanous's tail hole (with the aid of a few straps to keep in place),

Nanous is now hanging in an isolated room, being careful not to move his legs as the slightest movement, will cause that pesky dildo to move. My guess is he is going to enjoy the next several hours~
