Jeannine's back, and she seems to have made some new friends at an abandoned airstrip in Florida...

I looked at some old Hot Wheels colouring books and figured out how they did motion blur on the wheels, which is probably why the Corvette looks like it has exactly Hot Wheels 5SP wheels on the back. I also tried a new method of doing tire smoke, which is the exact same method I used before, but with a drop shadow effect on it. Welcome back NFS Pro Street volumetric burnout smoke.
