I made them this morning for breakfast from the Sonic the Hedgehog cookbook. The bagels here weren't freshly baked; they were store-bought, so I used them as conveniences to make use of both the raspberries and the strawberry cream cheese. The one on the left is untoasted and the one on the right is toasted. I did it this way to see which one tasted better. The one on the right was the winner. Also, the raspberries tasted good with the strawberry cream cheese.
