This was probably my only diaper image on there rated PG. It takes a lot of RNG to generate a diapered worm without some nonsense happening to the diaper or [url=https://x.com/TwinkSeekingDum/status/1916089505565511857]the worm getting legs[/url], so I haven't experimented much in this regard. It's a pure W4M/WUM screenshot LoRA and I was forcing it to do something it's not designed for: worms don't even have any body clothes in that game.
