Coco Pommel as a forlorn Royag Guard nurse.

(The whole "War Cheerilee" idea people came up with really inspired me. So poor Coco also got dragged into the same war. She gets to be an army nurse and try to save and sew the front line's broken ponies back together.
My idea of making this poor, meek seamstress a nurse instead of some active combat role comes partly from a Star Trek TOS quote, where a slightly out-of-it Bones laments about the old world's medical technology: "Probably needles and sutures. Oh the pain! They used to hand-cut and sew people like garments!")[/bq]
