Lander-03 was the third of the transforming dragon robots that Heavenly Kyuubi made from a bullet train who while some have questioned the limited mobility when compared to his older brother and sister since trains do need rails, he still proves to be a helpful ally.

He's able to turn from a train to a long eastern type of dragon (Amaterasu approves) and can shoot a variety of beams from his mouth, though he's still able to talk with it. He can also in train form speak with his passengers through screens that appears from the ceiling.
