Awesome cobra lady. this is one of my favorites now.

Talking about tutorials, Anime Nyan on youtube has a tutorial creating a spline rig from scratch; "How to Rig a Banana in Blender (Short 7min ver.)". He also shows how you could use child_of constraints to interact with the spline rig. Generating the rigify "limbs.spline_tentacle" sample will have similar results from the video and you'll be able to follow along with adding constraints and animating parts of the video.
Thanks a bunch, Ironpants! the current rig in the weiner is honestly the worst one in the entire scene with how basic it is, this'll come in so damn useful when I eventually get round to remaking the dude model ( it's so old and basic at this point 馃様)

Thanks a bunch! :D Rigging isn't my forte just yet and some parts of it feel like total witchcraft to get working nicely 馃槶
You did an awesome job with the animation! I wasn't too sure on what she should be when I was making her, at first I was maybe thinking of a purpley / violet :0
Well that shade of blue contrasts very well with the yellow especially the yellow of her (gorgeous) eyes.

I just discovered this sample a few days ago. it makes these animation situations so easy and very fun to use. Just need to do some child_of constraints and you're pretty much set after generating the rig. Only downside is that the "appendage" and rig of "appendage" needs to be completely straight before generating the rigify rig.. Only setting I change is the bone stretching from stretch to fit to manual squash and stretch.
