The pup's eyes appear lightly red and in a spiral, looking at the smoke in front of them coming from a small weed blunt on the floor, still lit.

The weed smoke is also making its way upwards in a curved path, forming cloudy text above the pup, saying: "A 4 ton diaper; A 2 years old body; and 0 thoughts left"

The pup is wearing what is clearly a red shirt too big for his size, green socks already coming off, and multiple pieces of a jeans, ripped apart by the sheer force of his messy pamp.
