New year, new me - says the dog! But not really, no. Unless???

Anyway, word time. I stumbled upon that song about a year ago, and something like this image - set, outfit, hairstyle and all that - immediately manifested itself in my braincell. I didn't think much of it because it actually contained humans, but very recently I figured... what if dog?? And there's your answer I guess. She's so cuuuuuuuuute

I promise I say this with nothing but love in my heart, but that song is so meaningless and stupid that at first I thought Robin Scott was being ironic. But apparently It Just Is Like That. And that's okay. It's a fantastic, quirky popculture artifact. Sounds great and unique, and it managed to inspire me quite a bit! Really wanted to convey that pop vibe in everything here, and I think I did! Like a still from the music video that never was.

Also, this piece offered me none of my typical comfort zones - everything was a challenge, despite (or because of??) the simplicity, and it's interesting how it was in a constant state I can only describe as "mess" - everything changed all the time and felt very beautifully fluid. I've never worked that way before, great stuff.
