Another character I forgot to upload on here awhile back!

He is also done in an experimental anime style!

I made a small flat bust ref for River until I have the time to make his full body ref!

He is the best friend of Ell [] a plant elemental cat girl.

Like Ell River is also trans, the fern tattoos cover his surgery scars which are anyways very small.

River is also an elemental like Ell but he is a water elemental instead of plant.
