**In my headcannon, mammoths are among the closest animal friends for Rainbow and Fluttershy; including herd leaders. Large and strong, brave and gentle, jolly, and wise. Mighty warriors, tacticians, guides, healers, teachers, carers, singers, poets, dancers, travellers, protectors, and friends. Very great support for those on need. And living proof humans and ponies arent the only one able of thoughts and feelings.
This is a song they've learned.... the Song of the Mammoths which has been round since the Stone Age; specifically on the year 40,000 BC…… 42m025 years before 2026 CE.**
