I made this tonight from the Unofficial Disney Parks Drink Recipe book to eat with my dinner and dessert. It tastes just like a mojito, only it doesn't come with the brain-wrecking effects of alcohol. It looks like I had less lime juice than I thought I had, so I just halved the ingredients.
