Rigel found himself smitten with Pequina's bountiful form and wanted to increase it. Normally Pequina doesn't give in to such things but when free food is on the line she's easily swayed.

(I don't often get commissions involving my character,s but getting them is one of the highest honors I can achieve. It reminds me that I'm doing something right, in spite of how often I lack the ability to steadily for on HSDP. It means a lot to me and will always showcase it, no matter how absurd they may be at times.)
