So that makes 23 characters for my Sonic Racing Crossworlds roster concept
and they said 23 characters at launch
So unless they add more characters before release, or are hiding characters (like the other Sega characters) this will be our launch roster

+ the Prime characters
(which I hope are costumes instead of taking their own spot on the roster
instead of a Tanooki Mario, Cat Peach etc in Mario Kart situation)
maybe more if the other Sega characters is there at launch
Part 3 will be the potential Sega guest characters
