I also wish I had a huge ass but the workout plan I follow only has me do like 3 sets of 6 reps for squats but then other stuff like romanian deadlifts and bulgarian split squats. I just genuinely don't know enough about exercise I guess, 10 sets of 15+ reps sounds like nutso overwork but I'm thin as a rake so I guess I'm in the wrong here.
