Wang Zhiyong is a young man in 8th century China. After a brief but bloody career in the military, where he took part in battles on the frontier, he returns to his home county and seeks to become a monk. There, he takes on the dharma name Juefan.

Though he shaves off all the neck and head fluff upon becoming a monk, I like it on him, so I'll sometimes draw him from before becoming a monk.
