Alternate Gag Title: Sword of the Demon Layer

As an aside, I highly recommend the anime the alternate title is based off of, Sword of the Demon Slayer on HiDive. Its a magnificent paced and poignant series, which is a rare treat to find these days. Only a few continuity confusions as it does the occasional flash forward to modern day halfway through - which does make me wonder if the original series was more based on the modern day with flashbacks, whilst the show follows the chronological events from the start.

A treat for you all. Friday's writing stream nailed out 7,000 words for this story and basically all but finished it! I debated holding off and releasing it next month, but there's enough time left in the month that I figured I can get out a release there. Who knows, maybe if the Friday streams continue to provide, I'll be able to get two chapters out a month instead of just one. But it'll be highly work and productivity dependent, of course.

Half worried that the speed of the writing might have affected the pace a bit, but that'll be an issue for future me if I ever decide to collect the chapters and proof read them to create a more proper story out of them. Hopefully its not too off putting to you all! o7
