For a while now I haven't quite vibed with my current Sona, Tommy Colton. They've just not felt right for a bit. And it's been on my mind the last few months. I've had thoughts for a few different species. But offhandedly my partner joked about the pair of us making Pal oc's since we aren't the happiest with a certain company. And well.. I love Leezpunk. I love my hoodie lizard. My list mostly included not fur creatures and Leezpunk happens to be a pretty good fit (outside of their need to stare at themselves according to the paldex)

So I began toying some ideas. A design and a theme. A cozy, messy painter. I liked the more Pastel vibe. Tho the color palette I found didn't work, those colors found their way onto his sleeves as splotches. And I went some other more muted colors. I had the idea of him have Axolotl gills and yeah.. so I liked that a lot. So I added em~

And here we are~ My cute bastard of a Sona. Welcome in Pastel.

By no means does this mean Tommy is gonna get axed. He's still a character of mine, and an important one at that. He's my history. So there will likely still be Tommychu art now and again, but it won't be such a priority.
