When not in use by the galactic forces, 4611 or "Rack" as they nicknamed him, tends to spend time either relaxing, or hanging out with his fellow soldiers and titans.

Sometimes he likes to do "other" stuff with them too, and as long as they have trained for it, everyone has fun!
