The story behind these two meeting has yet to be revealed, but it's clear that they grew familiar quickly. A large water trough near the bed suggests these moments were captured in Skittles' apartment, but it could just as well be that C kept it on hand for his weekend guest. Either way, the two have been hanging out for a while. Skittles has gotten in the habit of putting his glory on before coming over. Recently, much to the surprise of C, he got the notion to smear it all over his friends face plate after teasing him!
