It's not a specific comic, just the general feel, the type of interaction, and *especially* the feel of the last panel. It's been a while and a half so I don't remember if Herriman did angry squiggles quite like that, but seeing them made me go "Ignatz?"

I see the humor of little earth pony anon mare was able to determinedly errect this creation, without anon male noticing, only for him to get conked in the head by the collapse of art.
