I found out that this image was most likely taken in the town of Sweetwater, in Tennessee.
However, the plaza where this image was taken must have been changed between when this image was taken and when the most recent Google Streetview images were taken. Because in 2024, the brick wall around the fountain didn't exist. There was a star-shaped planter around the flagpole, and there were a few plaques placed in front of the traincar.
With that said, it's possible those changes were made during some sort of renovation in 2025 or early 2026.
