It is a nice animation and the voice acting delivers, too. The only thing I'd say doesn't make much sense is the internal shot, especially because we see before and after that the Vaporeon is (slightly) transluscent. That specific part - albeit nicely animated - doesn't make much sense in context. Could be a good thing to keep in mind for future works. ;)
