Among celestials there are those that are born with beautifully massive wings regardless of original species, these are referred to as seraphs, and each one is able to synchronise his/her powers to match a non-seraph celestial through an eternal bond where the seraph also receive the non-seraph's surname. Though it could be easily mistaken as there being a hierarchy within celestials because of this, seraphs are more than happy to devote their lives to be said celestial's maid/assistant/guard/advisor/friend or whatever the two mutually agree on. In other words seraphs have a case-by-case position with flexible tasks/roles. Some of them even end up as the celestial's soulmate! Most of the time however they tend to be the representative of said celestial and due to the eternal bond a seraph has, they are the one exception to a specific celestial law where only one celestial is allowed permanent residence in an owned existence.

Lucia was born on the same day as Kosumo, which despite the immeasurable amount of celestials was an extreme rarity that it happened in the same nearby area of the celestial realm. It didn't take long for Lucia's powers to synch up with Kosumo's, and fast forward 14 trillion years, their bond is still as strong as ever, with Lucia having a very firm loyality towards Kosumo and her showing the same amount of trust back to her, the celestial considering her a family member. In the celestial archive where Kosumo worked for most of her life, Lucia along with assisting her work was the one that helped her stay sane for the longest period despite Kosumo really hating her job. The curse of accidentally becoming too important at your job, unfortunately. After Kosumo jumped on the opportunity to get her own existence by the chance visit of the local portal guardian Lilly, Lucia joined Kosumo in taking up permanent residence in said existence as has been giving her own ideas, advice, and aided in various duties with the more longterm one being the very busy job of being in charge of the afterlife so that Kosumo, now Ruby, could focus her attention elsewhere instead of having to keep an eye on that long list every single day. This along with Lucia's preference to 'observe in the back' is why she hasn't been known by anyone but Ruby and those whose souls were revived after having spotted her in the afterlife. Recently, she and Ruby had a long conversation, and the two agreed that Lucia should relax her afterlife duties a little bit with her assigning a few proven and trusted angels to ease her work schedule. What will happen next? Only time will tell with this 'new' individual showing up.

New character again! It feels like yesterday, yet it's been 3 years since Rachael first made an appearance. However just like her, Lucia here was an adopt I saw by reijinart and have spruced up for this gallery! Let's see what will be done with this incredibly powerful lady, yeah? :3

What really convinced me to bid on her in the first place was because I had reminded myself of this vid and I just loved how fitting it'd be for her! Also, Kosumo's surname has now been changed from 'no kami' to 'Arkiv' to match her natural aptitude of being a really, REALLY good archivist.
