[bq]using the alicorn amulet, she's able to remove the cutiemarks of others(no matter the age), the magic is stored in the amulet, making it more powerful

[bq]the process is painless and the "victim" is left without a cutiemark.

[bq]this is the point in time where she was only removing the ones who asked her to, but not long after, she starts doing it to everyone...[/bq]
