It's a ring gag, her mouth is stuck open. Best solution I can see is to suck it up, and walk backwards into the spanking machine. It's unlikely that Twilight wants to cause permanent injury and it seems to be spinning at a fairly low speed, so she should just be able to stop the rotation with her hips once she gets close enough. The cuffs look like they've got just enough room that she should be able to use her dominant hand to free the off hand, at which point she's got two hands free and can either just grab the other key (probably the fastest way) or start untying things.
